Loved coming to this place, it has been our go to for a couple of yrs... but service and food has gone down a lot. The waitresses there won't even pay attention to you if they have a table full of men lol and it's pretty frustrating when you're there to eat just like that table. That has been one of my biggest peeves lately at this place. Because if I go in with my husband the service is way different. Food portions do seem a lot smaller and sometimes their salsa are nothing but water. Kept giving this place a chance but it was just the same service.. Now we're looking for a new go to spot.
This is the first time that I've eaten have eaten here and it was great 👍. They have fantastic healthy home cooked food at a great price. Los Compadres is now my newest favorite place to eat.
When visiting my family this is one of our go-to. It's nothing fancy but theor food is delicious. I always get the Compadres Plate as it gives you a taste of a few of their options, like barbacoa and menu do. The service is pretty great as well. The only thing we don't really like is that they allow individuals to come in and try to sell whatever they are selling. I mean, I have bought a few things but sometimes you just want to enjoy your breakfast without being interrupted like that. I will say that the sellers are not pushy at all and are very respectful if you just say "no, thank you" and they even wish you a great day and blessings. Definitely worth a try!!
